Terms & Conditions
Deposits
To confirm and secure your place, a deposit of 10% is required.
A further 20% deposit will be required 30 days from the date of your confirmation.
Final Balance
The final balance is due 60 days prior to departure.
Credit Cards
If you choose to pay by credit card, a service fee of 1% is payable for Visa and Mastercard, and 3% for American Express and Diners.
Cancellation Charges
Bookings cancelled at any time after confirmation and payment of deposits are subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation up to 90 days prior to departure – deposit is non
refundable
29 – 60 days prior to departure – 50% of the total
28 days or less prior to departure – 100% of the total
We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time
Refunds
There is no refund for cancellations after the tour has commenced or in respect of any tours, accommodation, meals or other services not utilised. Credit offers cannot be refunded or taken as cash.
Travel Insurance
We require that you have travel insurance from the time of travel and for the duration of your stay. In some cases your credit card provider will offer this as a part of their service when paying by credit card or alternatively your travel agent will be able to recommend options and arrange for this.
